Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through newfitstyle.net are processed and delivered.

1. Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during sales, holidays, product launches, or periods of unusually high demand.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

2. Estimated delivery time

Most orders are expected to arrive within 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery may take up to approximately two weeks, depending on the destination and shipping service.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs processing, local postal services, weather, carrier disruption, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

3. Worldwide shipping

New Fit Style ships to many international destinations. Available countries and shipping options are shown at checkout.

If a destination cannot be served, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

4. Shipping charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Where free shipping is offered, it applies only under the conditions stated on the website or promotion. Optional express services and other upgrades may incur additional charges.

5. Order confirmation and tracking

You will receive an order-confirmation email after placing your order.

When tracking is available, shipping information will be sent to the email address used during checkout. Tracking may take several business days to update after the parcel has been dispatched.

Some international parcels may receive a new local tracking number after entering the destination country.

6. Multiple parcels

Products from the same order may be fulfilled from different facilities. As a result:

Items may arrive separately.
Each parcel may have a different tracking number.
Delivery dates may vary.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is divided into multiple parcels.

7. Customs duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included:

The customer is responsible for these charges.
Charges are not controlled or collected by New Fit Style.
Customs authorities may require payment before releasing the parcel.

We cannot declare an incorrect value or mark a commercial order as a gift.

8. Delivery addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Review your address carefully before submitting an order. Contact support@newfitstyle.net immediately if you notice an error.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment has begun. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where legally permitted.

9. Failed or refused delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because:

The address is incorrect or incomplete
The recipient is unavailable
The parcel is not collected
Customs charges are refused
Delivery is otherwise rejected by the recipient

the parcel may be returned to the sender or fulfilment facility.

Once the parcel is received and inspected, an eligible refund may be issued according to our Return and Refund Policy. Original shipping charges and return costs may be deducted where legally permitted.

10. Delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, check the tracking information first.

Tracking can remain unchanged while a parcel is:

In transit between countries
Being processed by customs
Waiting to be transferred to a local carrier
Experiencing a carrier delay

If there has been no meaningful tracking update for an extended period, contact support@newfitstyle.net with your order number.

11. Lost parcels

If a parcel appears lost, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

If delivery cannot be proven or the carrier confirms that the parcel has been lost, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

12. Marked as delivered but not received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the parcel:

Check around the delivery location.
Ask household members or neighbours.
Check any safe place, reception desk, or parcel locker.
Contact the local carrier.
Contact us at support@newfitstyle.net if the parcel remains missing.

We may request confirmation of the delivery address or other information needed to open a carrier investigation.

13. Damaged parcels

Inspect the package upon delivery. If the item or parcel arrives damaged, contact us promptly and provide:

Your order number
Photographs of the product
Photographs of the outer packaging
A photograph of the shipping label

Please retain the product and packaging while the claim is being reviewed.

14. Order cancellation

We may be unable to stop an order after fulfilment has started. If it has already shipped, you may need to follow the return process described in our Return and Refund Policy.

This does not affect statutory cancellation rights.

15. Delivery obligations

Unless a different delivery period is agreed, applicable EU rules generally require goods to be delivered within 30 days. If delivery does not occur within the agreed or legally applicable period, customers may have the right to provide an additional reasonable deadline and subsequently cancel the contract if delivery still does not occur. Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits rights available under Irish or applicable EU consumer law.
